Dear Parents, 

This week, I received an email from Seesaw, an app you're all very familiar with by now, to inform me that parents can now download a .zip archive of their child’s work for free, anytime. "For parents who want to save their child’s work outside of Seesaw at the end of the year, this is a much simpler option than downloading files individually."

Thanks for all of your active participation. It always makes me smile to see so many of you interested in what your child (and other students) are posting. They sure are smart (and cute), aren't they?? 

An Invitation from the Library...

Do you wonder how you can support your child as a reader? 

One way is by reading aloud at home. 

Please join us on 

Tuesday morning, October 13, from 8:00-8:30 AM

in the library for a conversation about the importance of reading aloud at home. 

Parents have such a crucial role to play in their children's literacy development. Through elementary school and beyond, reading aloud to your children supports reading and social skills and creates strong bonds. 

Please come!

3LN Coffee Morning

Our lovely class mothers would like to invite you to join them for coffee this Wednesday, September 30th, at 8:00 am at Paul on the ground floor of the Mall of the Emirates. This is a terrific opportunity to gather with other parents and get to know them a bit better, make connections, and enjoy some French coffee and patisseries. (Secretly, I wish I could come, too!)
